These services are included in all levels of care
- Emergency response system monitored 24 hours a day, seven days a week
- Professional staff on site at all times
- Weekly visits by physician and nurse practitioner
- Lab services on site two times per week through PRMC (Peninsula Regional Medical Center) Laboratories
- Utilities (electric, water)
- Basic cable television
- Three meals per day served restaurant style
- Weekly housekeeping service
- Linen service performed weekly or as needed
- Washers and dryers on 2nd and 3rd floors
- Chauffeured transportation for appointments within a 10-mile radius
- Nightly two-hour checks
- Monthly pharmacy medication review
- Activities on site and events outside facility(*)
- Concierge service
* Nominal fees are typically associated with trips to restaurants, the theatre, sports events, etc.
